RULES

General Rules & Regulations

  1. Eligibility: VYBE is open exclusively to undergraduate students who have successfully completed their degree in the academic year 2025–26 (Passed Out Batch of 2026).
  2. Registration: The registration is free. Participants must complete the registration process before the specified deadline.
  3. Proof of Eligibility: Participants are required to upload a copy of their Final Year Marks Card or Provisional Marks Card during registration. The organizing committee reserves the right to verify the submitted documents.
  4. Participation Limit: Each participant is permitted to register for only one competition under VYBE.
  5. Reporting Time: Participants must report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the commencement of their respective event.
  6. Identification: Participants must carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID or College ID for verification on the day of the event, if required.
  7. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and respect towards fellow participants, judges, volunteers, and organizers throughout the event.
  8. Fair Play: Any form of plagiarism, impersonation, use of unfair means, or violation of event-specific rules will result in immediate disqualification. Participants must adhere to the rules, timelines, and judging criteria specified for their respective competition.
  9. Judges' Decision: The decision of the judges and the organizing committee shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the event.
  10. Event Modifications: The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the schedule, rules, or event format due to unforeseen circumstances.
  11. Acceptance of Rules: Registration for VYBE implies that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the rules and regulations of the event.

Get ready for an electrifying quiz packed with brain-teasers, current affairs, business, entertainment, sports, pop culture, technology, and unexpected twists. One moment you'll be recalling facts, the next you'll be decoding clues or racing against the clock. Every round is designed to challenge your mind while keeping the competition exciting from start to finish.

Rules & Regulations

  • Participation is open to individuals or teams of up to 2 participants.
  • Participants must report to the venue 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  • The quiz will consist of multiple rounds, and the format may vary as announced by the Quiz Master.
  • The use of mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, books, notes, AI tools, or any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited during the competition.
  • Teams found engaging in malpractice, misconduct, or unfair means will be disqualified immediately.
  • In case of a tie, the winners will be decided through a Tie-Breaker Round.
  • The Quiz Master's decision on all matters related to the competition shall be final and binding.
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify the format, rounds, or rules of the event, if necessary.
  • Participants are expected to maintain discipline and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

Theme

"Why MBA?"

Create a compelling reel showcasing the importance and value of pursuing an MBA.

Rules & Guidelines

  • Registration is mandatory.
  • Participants may shoot reels before or on 7 August 2026.
  • Prior campus visits are encouraged to plan and create better content.
  • Basic information about the MBA programme and campus will be shared after registration.

  • Reel must be shot inside KLS GIT campus.
  • Only original video footage.
  • AI-generated videos or AI-generated animations are strictly prohibited.
  • Maximum duration: 30 seconds.
  • The reel must clearly reflect the given theme.
  • Offensive, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content will lead to immediate disqualification.
  • Participants are encouraged to creatively showcase the campus infrastructure and life at campus.

  • Reel link must be submitted between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM on 7 August 2026.
  • All participants must present their reels before the judging panel from 2:00 PM onwards.
  • Late submissions or presentations will not be accepted.

  • Reels must not be uploaded or shared on any social media platform before approval by the judges.
  • Once approved, participants must upload the reel on their personal Instagram account.
  • The reel must tag the Official KLS GIT MBA Instagram Page and mention #VYBE'26, #MBA@GIT (the official page link will be shared after registration).
  • Reel engagement (views, likes, comments and shares) will be considered from 5:00 PM on 7th August 2026 to 3:00 PM on 8th August 2026.
  • Audience engagement from 7 Aug 5:00 PM to 8 Aug 3:00 PM will be considered.
  • Participants must share the published reel link with the Event Coordinators.

Theme

The theme will be announced at the commencement of the competition.

Rules & Guidelines

  • Photographs must be captured inside the campus during the competition hours only.
  • Entries must align with the announced theme.
  • Only original photographs are permitted.
  • AI-generated, manipulated, or digitally fabricated images are not allowed.
  • Offensive or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
  • Participants must upload the photograph on their personal Instagram account and share the post link for evaluation.
  • The post must tag the Official KLS GIT MBA Instagram Page and mention #VYBE'26, #MBA@GIT.
  • Photograph links must be submitted between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM.
  • Participants must present their photographs before the judging panel from 12:30 PM onwards.
  • Late submissions or presentations will not be entertained.
  • The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.

General Guidelines

  • Registration is mandatory for participation in the event.
  • Reel Rush (Reel Making) and Snapshot (Photography) together constitute a single event. Participants registered for this event are required to participate in both competitions.
  • Participants are expected to maintain discipline and uphold the decorum of the Institute while capturing photographs and videos on campus.
  • Participants must ensure that their activities do not disrupt regular academic or administrative activities within the campus.
  • Any participant found violating the event rules or engaging in inappropriate conduct may be disqualified at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
  • The decision of the judges and the Organizing Committee shall be final and binding.
  • For any queries or assistance, participants may contact the Event Coordinators.
